RBI Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct asset criticality evaluations to determine which assets require assessment for Risk-Based Inspection.
Possess a solid understanding of refinery operations to effectively implement Risk-Based Inspection strategies.
Demonstrate expertise in Risk Assessment, Risk Ranking, and Inspection Planning.
Familiarity with Integrity data management systems (PCMS) is essential.
Oversee all RBI configuration and data loading activities/results within PCMS.
Review all deliverables to ensure that RBI processes and principles align with client standards and industry best practices.
Provide mentorship to team members to ensure that RBI configuration is integrated into all initiatives.
Facilitate sessions for Corrosion Review, Risk Review, and Inspection Planning Review.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a refinery or chemical processing environment.
