Job Title: Residential Clinician

Wedgwood Christian Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our treatment team, you will provide leadership and supervision to our residential program, working closely with clients, families, and staff to create a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for clients, working collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to promote positive outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Wellness and Education, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities, including peer supervision and utilization reviews, to ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Limited Clinical License (Social Worker, LLPC, LLMSW) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience working with a residential population, with experience in staff supervision preferred.
  • Enrollment in MCBAP Development Plan upon hire.
