Clinical Therapist

Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing assessment, counseling, treatment, and referrals to patients. You will work collaboratively with other treatment team members to ensure the highest quality care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the interviewing and assessment of patients, reviewing records and mental status.
- Select and complete appropriate therapeutic interventions based on clinical knowledge and educational background.
- Collaborate with other treatment team members through interdisciplinary team meetings, record review, and informal discussions.
- Ensure medical record documentation protocols are followed, and patients' progress notes are entered into the medical records in a timely manner.
- May coordinate services and community resources as needed, and assist patients in obtaining them.
- Current state licensure in an accredited Master's level program in Social Work, limited license Psychologist, or Professional Counseling.
- Obtain and maintain certification commensurate with treatment provided.
- Trained to work in the age group of the patient being served, with annual continuing age-specific education and demonstrated competence.
- One to two years of postgraduate clinical experience.
