About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a member of our Organ Transplant team, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients undergoing kidney, pancreas, and liver transplants.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical care to patients undergoing organ transplants
  • Develop and implement evidence-based care strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in organ transplant nursing
  • ACLS and BLS certifications
