ECM Hub Nurse Specialist

The South Plains is seeking a skilled ECM Hub Nurse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency, critical care, or ambulatory telephone triage nursing, with a minimum of two years of experience. This role will work over night, typically 11:30p - 8am, with some weekend work and flexibility for days or nights when needed. The ECM Hub Nurse Specialist will be responsible for locating members at non-core facilities, verifying member eligibility, obtaining and communicating pertinent clinical information to the ECM Hub MD, and assisting with transfers/admissions of members. The ideal candidate will have unrestricted current RN licensure in the state of Georgia or documentation to show intent to seek license, and a valid Georgia driver's license.
