Industrial Operations Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an Industrial Operations Specialist to join our team at a leading distribution facility. As an Industrial Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Operations team supporting multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and operation data to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
- Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities.
- Participate in and help lead special projects.
- Coordinate industrial engineering projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (ideally industrial engineering).
- Experience in Continuous Improvement.
- Ability to work weekends on an occasional basis.
- Ability to travel independently up to 50% on a regular basis.
- Excellent analytical skills.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $100,000-$115,000.
- $13,000 bonus target and $3,700 yearly restricted stock.
