Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Patient Services Manager who possesses strong leadership skills and proficient computer abilities. This role requires expertise in management, operational development, policy formulation, staff training, and mentorship. The successful candidate will oversee the front reception areas across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of patient services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Train and mentor front desk staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are met
  • Analyze operational data for continuous improvement

Work Schedule:

The work schedule will typically range from Monday to Friday, with shifts generally from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Flexibility is required, as shifts may occur between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including occasional Saturday rotations from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for backup coverage.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in medical management
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel between sites
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with medical office procedures
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data

Educational Background:

  • Preferred: Management degree
  • Associates degree or completion of an office management training program with customer service management experience

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership role
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a healthcare-related office environment
