Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and direct vehicle traffic on property to ensure vehicles are parked safely and efficiently.
  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities and services.
  • Maintain the safety and security of parking areas/levels and report any hazards or potential problems to management.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors.


Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Valid driver's license necessary.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience.
