As a Retail Operations Leader, you will take full responsibility for your store, instilling a sense of pride in your role. Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven management experience in the food service sector or a related leadership role.
  • Accountable for all store operations, promoting a "run it like you own it" mentality.
  • Mentor and develop assistant managers for future promotion opportunities.
  • Ensure effective communication within the store, responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Maintain composure during peak periods to uphold operational standards.

Physical Requirements:

  • Constant standing and walking.
