We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Front Desk Coordinator. In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage our front desk operations, and support our sales team in achieving their goals.

About the Role

The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phone calls, and responding to customer inquiries. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will enable you to provide top-notch customer service while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting clients and providing exceptional customer service
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Managing front desk operations and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving their goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
