Role and Responsibilities:

Key Duties:

Qualifications:

Skills and Competencies:

- Proficient in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex Teams, and IBM AS400.
- Ability to analyze data and conduct research effectively.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with effective prioritization and time management skills.
- Maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
- Meet both personal and team performance metrics.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
