Qualifications:

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex Teams, and IBM AS400.
  • Ability to analyze data and conduct research effectively.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with effective prioritization and time management skills.
  • Maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
  • Meet both personal and team performance metrics.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

This position does not necessitate travel.
