About the Role

We are seeking a skilled School Bus Driver to join our team at First Student. As a School Bus Driver, you will play a critical role in safely transporting students to and from school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a school bus in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students on board
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and parents
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Subject to a drug screen and physical
What We Offer
  • $22.00/hr starting wage
  • $2000 Sign on Bonus for Fully Licensed Drivers*
  • $500 Sign on bonus for non-licensed Drivers*
