Job Summary:

First Student Canada-Transco is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet of school buses. Your expertise in vehicle maintenance and repair will be essential in keeping our buses on the road and our students safe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with our school buses
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and meet safety standards

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience working with automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain a CDL
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
