About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team as the Head of Business Sales for the Central Region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue across our entire portfolio of products, software, and services to business customers in the Central Americas region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of direct engagement account managers to drive sales across the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver elite customer experiences
Requirements
  • Proven sales leadership experience in enterprise companies with a strong track record of driving revenue growth
  • Significant experience in technology sales leadership with a deep understanding of the Central Region market
  • Previous experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives
  • Highly engaging leader with strong EQ and executive presence
