About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Leadership Manager to lead our Epic and integrated systems teams at Providence Health & Services. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.

Job Summary:

The Application Leadership Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our application services team, ensuring that we deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to inform our technology strategy.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of experienced professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to help them grow in their careers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT leadership, with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale applications and leading high-performing teams.
  • Skills: Strong technical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
