We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Manager to join our team at World Market Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service associates to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Minimum age 21 years.
