About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Manager to join our team at World Market Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service associates to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement visual merchandising standards.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Minimum age 21 years.
