We develop software for independent farmers to create and promote their brand, sell online and in-person, and streamline their business operations. As the market-leading software solution (SaaS) for independent farmers, our goal is to make it easy for consumers to buy local food directly from local farms.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Success Team. As an Account Manager for our farmers, you will play a critical role in our customers' journey, providing ongoing recommendations, training, and insights to optimize their success. You will be responsible for managing farmer accounts, project management, customer engagement, and platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage farmer accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure successful platform adoption
  • Train farmers on platform features and capabilities to service their end customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and activity
  • Collaborate with the Support and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and measure customer metrics, including platform adoption, sales volume, and farmer renewal rates
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS, preferably with a focus on small business
  • Good understanding of CSM metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Passion for training and communicating with customers, and the drive to help them be successful
  • Excellent communication skills, both to engage customers and deliver feedback to peers and management
  • Strong technical skills, and a willingness to quickly adopt new skills
  • Service-oriented, can-do attitude, with a focus on the go-forward strategy
