Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, preparing journal entries and key account reconciliations
  • Review and complete monthly variance analysis for income statement and balance sheet accounts
  • Assist in preparing footnote schedules for SEC Form 10-Q's and Form 10-K
  • Maintain knowledge of accounting systems, policies, and procedures
  • Develop and document business processes to strengthen internal controls
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors, coordinating supplementary schedules during quarterly reviews and annual audits
  • Perform other ad-hoc accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 3+ years of GL accounting experience
  • Strong Excel proficiency, including pivots and VLookups
  • Experience with Oracle or other major ERP systems
