About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Operations Consultant to join our team at TechOnPurpose. As a SOC Analyst I, you will play a critical role in helping our clients build, monitor & maintain an effective security operations program that minimizes organizational risk and reduces the impact of security breaches.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of incident analysis, malware research, SOC, or any other similar incident response experience. Experience with critical tools used in security event analysis, incident response, computer forensics, malware analysis, or other areas of security operations is also required. Understanding of security controls for common platforms and devices, including MAC, Windows, Unix, Linux, and network equipment is necessary.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Strong verbal/written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with Business and Technical Teams, are essential. Advanced use of analytic tools such as Google Sheets, MS Office: (Power Point, Word, Excel), etc. and skill in Presentation software (PowerPoint and Google Slides) are also required.
