  • Conduct outgoing communications and oversee incoming inquiries for appointment arrangements and client pre-registration in accordance with the daily operational checklist.
  • Employ a standardized set of inquiries and responses to collect and relay information during scheduling and pre-registration interactions.
  • Assess client needs through the automated call distribution system and redirect inquiries to the appropriate team members for further assistance.
  • Execute any additional responsibilities assigned by the Scheduling Manager or Team Lead.
  • Comply with any other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare or a related sector.
  • Competence in managing multi-line phone systems, computers, and general office tools.
  • Strong communication skills for interactions with clients, healthcare providers, and team members.
  • Previous experience in healthcare scheduling is preferred.
  • Adherence to COVID-19 vaccination protocols may be required.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening is mandatory.
Physical Requirements:

In a typical office environment:
  • Engage in sitting, standing, and walking for more than 50% of the time.
  • Involve repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements.
  • Visual, auditory, and verbal communication with clients.
For less than 50% of the time:
  • Perform activities such as stooping, kneeling, or crawling.
  • Engage in tasks that require climbing and balancing.
  • Lift and transport items weighing between 10-20 pounds.
