In this role, you will utilize your extensive expertise to actively engage in the planning and execution of daily HR operations within the organization. The HR Generalist will oversee a range of human resources activities, including recruitment, managing the employee lifecycle, fostering employee relations, performance evaluation, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a comprehensive recruitment and selection process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, which includes job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and job offer extensions.
  • Establish a robust sourcing network to fulfill job requisitions promptly.
  • Organize and participate in both onsite and offsite recruitment events.
  • Implement a dynamic social media recruitment strategy.
  • Develop partnerships with local educational institutions to support recruitment efforts.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes, including new employee orientations.
  • Address employee relations issues, enhance engagement, and effectively resolve concerns.
  • Assist employees with various HR-related inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Support managers and staff in understanding and applying HR policies and procedures to optimize performance and ensure compliance.
  • Complete various projects, reporting, and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 3-6 years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing context.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong HR administration and people management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • Professional, adaptable, and highly motivated, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive HR information.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
