Job Summary

Aerospace Welding Minneapolis, Inc is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing various manufacturing tasks, including assembly, fabrication, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sand and deburr metal parts to ensure smooth finishes
  • Perform metal assembly functions such as riveting, drilling, countersinking, grinding, shearing, and fabricating
  • Utilize parts washers to clean and dry piece parts and small tubular assemblies
  • Other manufacturing responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Able to stand or sit for long periods at a time
  • Willing and able to follow both verbal and written work instructions
  • Physically able to lift, carry, and move up to 50lbs
  • General manufacturing assembly and fabrication experience is preferred
Technical Competencies:
  • Mechanical Aptitude - demonstrated examples showing competency to work with hands
  • Manual Dexterity - Ability to perform a job that requires detailed handwork
  • Experience with Process Standards - Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and execute to written instruction
