Position Overview:

As a Regional Service Operations Manager at Benco Dental, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of dental and radiographic equipment for our valued customers in your designated area.

Your leadership as a Service Operations Manager is vital to ensuring adherence to customer specifications and company standards, while guaranteeing that all tasks are completed efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor, assess, and enhance the performance of regional service and installation technicians
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to meet regional labor sales objectives
- Ensure Service Technicians comply with time and attendance protocols while accurately reflecting their assigned work
- Hold Service Technicians accountable for their duties
- Organize and lead regular meetings with all regional personnel
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- Associate Degree in Business or Biomedical Technology
- Minimum of 5 years in a service-oriented industry
- Prior management experience is preferred

Physical Requirements:
- Routine walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting, along with sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting
- Frequent lifting/lowering/carrying/pushing/pulling weights ranging from 1 to 55 pounds, with occasional lifting of 56 to 100 pounds
- Regular use of hands, arms, and shoulders with manual dexterity
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Frequent travel to customer locations and occasional use of power tools


The salary range for this position is between $87,000.00 and $100,000.00, reflecting the low and high ends of the hiring salary range for qualified candidates.

Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
