Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Manager - Product Support will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction within the Product Support Sales division. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to optimize sales performance, improve customer retention, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales efforts.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to Sales Managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
