Job Summary

Regions is seeking a skilled Relationship Banker II to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers and prospects to understand their financial goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement customized financial plans to meet customer needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
