Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and support to meet their financial needs.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and use this knowledge to recommend and sell banking solutions to customers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and bank policies, ensuring the safety and soundness of our customers and the bank.
  • Operational Tasks: Perform daily operational tasks, including cash handling, account maintenance, and problem resolution.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, and work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of previous banking experience, preferably in a teller or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements
  • Work Environment: Work involves sitting for extended periods, using computer screens, and reading reports.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, and to read, hear, write, and communicate professionally.
