Job Overview and Responsibilities
This role may offer the possibility of remote work. The extent of remote work is determined by the Department's discretion and in accordance with the evolving telework guidelines. The Department of Transportation endorses remote work, acknowledging that physical presence may be necessary based on operational requirements. Employees should be prepared to report to their designated work locations with minimal notice if urgent situations arise. The chosen candidate will be expected to travel to the main office as required to fulfill operational demands. Business travel may be necessary, and reimbursement will take into account the employee's assigned main office location, primary residence, and may be subject to relevant regulations or applicable collective bargaining agreements. All commuting costs to the main office will be the responsibility of the selected candidate.

Special Requirements
Statement of QualificationsA Statement of Qualifications is mandatory to participate in the selection process.
Candidates must provide comprehensive and specific examples from their professional education, experience, and training that directly respond to each of the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) inquiries outlined below. In addition to the examples, candidates must also indicate their overall duration of experience as it pertains to each SOQ question in the designated space. Each question will be evaluated separately, thus candidates must provide the duration and specific examples for each question.
Responses to the SOQ must be submitted using the Department of Transportation's CEA Statement of Qualifications Form (PM-0503). Any SOQ responses not submitted on the PM-0503 will not be evaluated. Each box provided on the form for your response is limited to 2000 characters. Additional documents submitted to supplement the PM-0503 will not be considered during the evaluation process.

Submit your completed PM-0503 in the "Additional Documents" section. Select "Other" from the drop-down menu for Type of Document and enter SOQ for the Description. Upload your finalized PM-0503, then Save & Review Application.
