Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Senior Construction Manager to support our Eastern Pennsylvania Region. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in contract and task management, personnel management, and team building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction projects in Eastern Pennsylvania, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control.


Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in contract and task management, personnel management, and team building.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
