About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Specialist to join our team at Aimbridge Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that all aspects of the hotel's front desk operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage the front desk operation, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and handling guest complaints
  • Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of hotel services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a hotel front desk or related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software used in hotel operations
