About the Role

The Night Auditor at Aimbridge Hospitality is responsible for managing the front desk operations during the overnight shift. This includes registering guests, making reservations, preparing daily reports, and balancing transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports, including revenue printouts and charge/paid folios.
  • Maintain the front desk area, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Perform nightly walk-throughs to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • College coursework in a related field helpful.
  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be proficient in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
