- Understand exporting documentation and manage the process for international orders.
- Assist customers in resolving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide personalized customer service of the highest level and maintain all customer information confidential.
- Display professionalism with customers, peers, and management.
- Strong customer service skills with a solid understanding of our products, procedures, and order entry policies.
- Associates degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum one year successful telephone sales experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form.
- Ability to operate a CRT system, PC, and various software and spreadsheet programs.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to take the initiative to prospect new accounts.
