We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our Data Product team, responsible for building the seller experience for global key accounts. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you'll contribute to shaping the product's long-term future and drive impact for our company and the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

- Own the entire design process, from identifying user problems to providing high-fidelity design solutions for various features and projects.
- Support the transformation of broad, conceptual ideas into practical and valuable results.
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with cross-functional partners.
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality.
- Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure a high-quality launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners throughout the entire project lifecycle and for future refinements.

Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of work experience working on merchant product design.
- Data product design experience.
- Expertise with Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience with e-commerce, user experience, and emerging trends in digital retail.
