This role is integral to our Inpatient Oncology Service, which is recognized as part of our NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. Our Advanced Practice Team is dedicated to providing exceptional care for patients facing acute illnesses related to cancer, including those undergoing complex treatments such as blood and marrow transplantation, surgical interventions, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- An MSN/DNP from an accredited nursing program
- An active Maryland RN license and Acute Care NP certification
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience, with a preference for oncology
- New Graduate NPs are encouraged to apply, provided they have the necessary approvals for practice
- Active Maryland CDS and DEA licensure
- Current BLS Health Care Provider CPR certification
Work Environment
The Nurse Practitioner will operate within the guidelines set forth by the unit department and institution, adhering to the Nurse Practitioner - Physician Written Agreement as mandated by the State of Maryland. Initially, you will function in a Nurse Practitioner Associate capacity until you receive full credentialing from the medical board.
