Responsibilities include defining systems requirements, collaborating on Epic application architecture, and investigating end-user needs. You will analyze data conversion needs, prepare specifications, and achieve in-depth knowledge of the software. This role also involves leading project teams, managing test plans, and resolving issues. Additionally, you will execute application builds, facilitate development, and guide workflow design.
To succeed in this role, you must be an effective communicator, able to work with multidisciplinary teams, and demonstrate self-direction. Experience in healthcare, IT, or a related field is essential, along with certification in Epic HIM and project management.
