Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier to join our Player Services team at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process cash transactions, including cashing checks, exchanging chips, and handling cash equivalents.
  • Assist customers with enrolling, changing, or redeeming transactions in player's club.
  • Operate a cash handling system, including counting and verifying cash, and performing exchanges.
  • Run reports and verify information for patron credit line requests.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with loyal players to maximize opportunities for personalized experiences and return visits.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous money handling experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and manuals.
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations.
  • Intermediate computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a high noise level. The physical demands of this role include standing for 80% of the time and walking for 20% of the time.
