En este puesto, usted llevará a cabo evaluaciones espirituales, desarrollará planes de atención, participará en equipos interprofesionales, organizará rituales y proporcionará orientación espiritual. Además, supervisará la calidad de la atención, educará a otros sobre la espiritualidad y la salud, y asistirá en el apoyo a los asociados durante momentos difíciles.

Únase a nuestro equipo en CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - WestoverHills, una instalación de 150 camas ubicada en una de las áreas de más rápido crecimiento. Nuestro hospital ofrece servicios especializados que incluyen ortopedia, atención quirúrgica, UCI, servicios para mujeres, atención cardiovascular, servicios de emergencia y más, asegurando una atención integral y de alta calidad para todos nuestros pacientes.
Requisitos:
- Título de maestría en Divinidad, Teología, Ministerio Pastoral o Espiritualidad requerido (a menos que se renuncie por certificación de capellanía)
- Finalización de al menos cuatro unidades de educación pastoral clínica
- Mínimo de un año de ministerio supervisado en un entorno clínico posterior a la certificación
- Experiencia en áreas especializadas y presentaciones con clínicos preferidas
- Certificación por APC, NACC o CPSP respaldada por un líder de la comunidad de fe
