Qualifications:
- Preferred degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing construction projects.
- Experience with projects exceeding $25 million in value for at least 3 years.
- Preferred 2 years of experience in wood framing.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to interpret and follow construction plans effectively.

- Ability to meet project deadlines consistently.
