Qualifications:

  • Preferred degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing construction projects.
  • Experience with projects exceeding $25 million in value for at least 3 years.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in wood framing.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to interpret and follow construction plans effectively.
