We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Professional to join our team at Innomotics LLC. As a key member of our Corporate Finance & Treasury team, you will be responsible for the operational activities for the North America region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizational Development: Support the implementation of a fit-for-purpose approach for the North America region in line with the global strategy for treasury, finance, insurances, and benefits.
  • Structuring and Leading Processes: Establish and lead processes and activities in accordance with corporate guidelines and rules.
Cash Management
  • Establishing Cash Management Strategy: Develop and implement a global cash management strategy adopted to the requirements, including rollout and monitoring of guidelines covering account administration, balance clearing, bank connectivity, allocation, and recording of signatory rights, payment cycle (frequency and instruments).
  • Implementing Payments: Implement internal and external payments for the whole group for assigned regions.
  • Short-term Liquidity Forecasting: Clear bank accounts within scope of responsibility.
  • Bank Relationships: Handle bank relationships, bank accounts, and bank fees for all banks in alignment with the Corporate Finance & Treasury Team.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Observe regulatory and legal changes with respect to cash management.
Corporate Finance
  • Local Financing and Investing: Facilitate and arrange local external financing and investing needs.
  • Liquidity Planning: Coordinate regional liquidity planning.
  • Guarantee Management: Coordinate regional guarantee management.
  • Shareholder Controlling Activities: Coordinate shareholder controlling activities in alignment with the central team (e.g., dividend payments, capital increases).
Risk Management
  • FX, Interest Rate, and Counterparty Risks: Lead FX, interest rate, and financial counterparty risks, including exposure determination, internal and external hedging, and limit monitoring.
  • Price Calculations and Budgeting: Use uniform basis for price calculations and budgeting.
Pensions and Insurance
  • Actuary and Insurance Broker Services: Perform actuary and insurance broker services in coordination with the global team.
  • Risk Exposures: Identify risk exposures that require insurance cover.
  • De-risking Opportunities: Identify de-risking opportunities regarding pensions/benefits.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Finance preferred; CTP a plus.
  • Experience: Working experience of Cash Management and Banking with at least 5 years' related Treasury experience.
  • Skills: Practical experience in Treasury Operations, especially Treasury Management Systems, its interfaces, as well as a deep knowledge of IT infrastructure/solutions in Finance and Treasury.
  • Risk Management: Experienced in management and trading of hedging instruments in terms of foreign currency, interest rates, and commodity risks, including risk controlling.
  • Digitalization and Automation: Experienced in digitalization and automatization of treasury, cash, and liquidity management – processes as well as risk management.
  • International Teams: Familiarity working with international teams and projects.
