You'll work cross-functionally to drive launches, maintenance, and retirement in collaboration with other cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This includes working with engineering teams, data science, product analytics, and Go-to Market (GTM) teams to keep a pulse on advertiser needs and the broader advertising marketplace ecosystem.

- Drive cross-product area collaboration with other Ads and Organic Shopping teams, influencing strategy and roadmap effectively.
- Work with cross-functional partners, including engineering teams, data science, product analytics, and GTM teams, as well as advertisers themselves, to keep a pulse on their needs and the broader advertising marketplace ecosystem.
- Develop an understanding of ad formats, with an emphasis on Shorts formats innovations, the ad serving stack, including retrieval, creative selection, bidding, and conversion modeling.
