Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Intern, your primary responsibilities will include identifying technical issues, assisting customers, and proposing effective solutions. You will be an integral part of our Support Team, addressing inquiries and resolving challenges faced by both buyers and farmers. Typical tasks involve responding to support requests, engaging in real-time chat, utilizing tools like LuckyOrange to diagnose problems, and proactively assessing online interactions.

To excel in this position, you should possess a curious mindset, attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a strong aptitude for technology. Familiarity with online tools such as Jira, Slack, Confluence, LuckyOrange, and HubSpot will be beneficial.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers by troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.
  2. Document steps to replicate issues and submit tickets or bug reports.
  3. Communicate updates and resolutions to customers in a timely manner.
  4. Engage in real-time customer interactions and provide support in community forums.
  5. Review sessions proactively to identify common issues and improve user experience.
  6. Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize and report bugs based on findings.
  7. Support various business areas, including Marketing and Sales, where your contributions can add value.
