We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our 5TA Medical team at Norman Regional Health System. As a key member of our medical/surgical team, you will provide high-quality patient care to adult populations with complex medical conditions.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess, analyze, and establish goals for patient care.
- Develop and implement care strategies, prioritizing patient needs and delegating tasks safely.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and perform additional nursing functions as needed.
- Participate in post-op colorectal care and provide medical/surgical care to adult populations.
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining required during orientation.
- Current BLS certification required for duration of employment.
- New graduates required to complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program.
We offer a competitive salary of $46/hour, depending on previous work experience.
