We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 5N Medical Telemetry Unit at ChristianaCare.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and excellent communication skills. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support.
Responsibilities- Assist in managing 5 medical patients per shift, working collaboratively with a unit-based Nurse Practitioner, attending and consulting physicians, a pharmacy, a physical therapist, and other assistive personnel.
- Deliver care that supports adult patients facing acute illnesses, maintaining the function, providing education, and maintaining safety.
- Engage in a relationship-based care model, building relationships with patients, families, and peers, guided by our values of love and excellence.
