Medical Career Opportunities
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our 5TA Medical team at Norman Regional Health System. As a key member of our medical team, you will provide high-quality patient care to adult populations with complex medical conditions.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide medical/surgical care to adult patients with a wide range of complex medical conditions
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to assess, analyze, and establish care plans
* Implement care strategies, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities safely
* Provide direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating patient responses to interventions
* Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
* Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Previous experience in healthcare preferred
* Basic Life Support (BLS) training required during orientation; current BLS certification required for duration of employment
* New graduates required to complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program
**Benefits:**
