Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Development Specialist to join our team at Quad. As a key member of our In-Store Solutions team, you will be responsible for promoting and driving the selling of our In-Store solutions with our internal and external business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to position our differentiators and meet client goals and objectives.
  • Employ solution selling principles to present innovative In-Store marketing strategies to internal and external business partners.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to provide greatest value to clients.
  • Travel as needed (est. 30%-40%) to meet with clients and internal business partners.

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with initiative to uncover and develop new opportunities.
  • Expertise in in-store marketing strategies, including design innovation, printing techniques, and finishing processes.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
