Job Description

As a Project Management Professional - Telecoms, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex telecom projects from initiation to closure. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and experience in managing projects from initiation to closure. You will be responsible for overseeing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that all objectives are met within the specified parameters.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and any challenges are addressed promptly
- Drive process improvements across the delivery chain to enhance project efficiency and quality

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in telecommunications or IT; PMP certification desirable
- Strong knowledge of telecom services, data centers, network solutions, and cloud platforms
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
