Job Overview

Walker's Renton Mazda is seeking an Automotive Sales Specialist to enhance our thriving dealership. The average earnings for our sales team range from $90,000 to $150,000 annually. If you have experience in sectors such as hospitality, retail, or customer service, we are prepared to provide the necessary training and development.

We are in search of enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Sales Associates. We believe that investing in skilled Sales Associates is crucial for the long-term success of our business. This philosophy is reflected in our competitive compensation structure, which is among the best in the industry. We prioritize internal promotions, with many of our management team members having started in entry-level roles.

  • Average annual salary range: $90,000 - $150,000.
