Job Summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks on airport facilities, utilities, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily maintenance and repairs on airport-owned buildings, land, and grounds, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Operate and maintain various types of equipment, including heavy machinery and vehicles.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on airport utilities, including water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC and electrical systems and components.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Possession or ability to acquire a State of New Jersey CDL Type B driver's license.
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Ability to speak and read English.
  • Experience with HVAC and electrical systems and components preferred.
  • Ability to operate all types of equipment associated with an airport maintenance program.
