¿Qué harás? Responsabilidades
Lo que puedes esperar en un día típico:
Consultar con Clientes para Ofrecer una Solución Integral de ADP. Colaborarás con los clientes para comprender su negocio y necesidades relacionadas. Guiarás y dirigirás a los clientes hacia la mejor solución para sus requerimientos.
Implementar Tecnologías de ADP. Analizarás sistemas existentes, requisitos de interfaz y procesos comerciales. Incorporarás nuevos procesos, herramientas y enfoques al recomendar e implementar la solución de ADP.
Colaborar Internamente. Interactuarás y colaborarás con asociados de ADP en ventas y servicio al cliente. Intercambiarás información rutinaria con miembros del equipo de proyecto del cliente, incluyendo prioridades, plazos y problemas a medida que surjan.
Multitarea y Comunicación. Tu capacidad para trabajar en múltiples seguimientos/proyectos sensibles al tiempo al mismo tiempo es esencial para tener éxito en este rol. Puedes compartir información esencial de manera clara y concisa y te sientes cómodo y hábil en el uso de productos de Microsoft Office.
PARA TENER ÉXITO EN ESTE ROL: Calificaciones Requeridas
- Tienes al menos tres años de experiencia trabajando en un entorno de servicio al cliente, con al menos un año de experiencia en consultoría empresarial.
Un título universitario es excelente, pero no es obligatorio. Lo que es más importante es tener las habilidades para hacer el trabajo. Si no tienes un título universitario, otras experiencias aceptables podrían incluir:
- La experiencia mencionada anteriormente O
