Industrial Engineer On-Site Bilingual Spanish Specialist

Living Spaces is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team as an On-Site Bilingual Spanish Specialist. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of labor management systems and processes to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain labor management systems and processes to optimize manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
- Lead the implementation of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies to improve manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams on labor management and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain metrics and reports to measure manufacturing performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Analysis, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, operations analysis, or related field.
- Proven experience in labor management systems and process improvement.
- Lean Six Sigma certification and experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
