Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our culinary team at Leonetta. Our establishment is dedicated to offering a unique Mediterranean dining experience, featuring a diverse menu that emphasizes fresh, locally sourced ingredients and innovative flavor combinations.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Executing and refining our core menu items while aligning with the culinary vision set by the Executive Chef.
  • Supervising and guiding all kitchen staff in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
  • Making strategic hiring decisions for kitchen personnel and overseeing their training.
  • Upholding company policies and ensuring compliance across the kitchen.
  • Managing kitchen operations, including labor scheduling and financial oversight.
  • Driving productivity and efficiency within the kitchen team.
  • Creating daily specials that reflect our culinary ethos.
  • Maintaining proper inventory management and cost control measures.
  • Enforcing rigorous food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A strong foundation in culinary techniques and flavor profiles.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on fostering a collaborative kitchen culture.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant setting, preferably as an Executive Sous Chef.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine enthusiasm for food.
  • Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
